This is my new habit for February. At least 15 minutes a day of physical activity. I promise myself that I will walk, swim, dance, workout, skate, or whatever other activity I come up with each day . I will use February (which happens to be Heart Month) I made Januarys Habit to eat properly and I m happy to report that I lost some weight and I an back in a single digit dress size! Yay me!

Okay, I'm going to start walking today!
I used to walk every evening, and it was wonderful, then I let life get in the way. Last week I started back to the pool and it felt good. Not getting it everyday, but working on trying.
